Suitable for critical network equipments such as servers, tape drives, storages, UPS, etc. In the case of a hardware issue, we also provide a Premium Express Resolution service which ensures prompt resolution of problem and full working order of equipment in the requested time. Suitable for customers desiring maximum support and coverage.
