Hardware Maintenance

When your system malfunctions and it’s out of warranty, worried about whom to look for help and the cost to have it repaired?

We provide a one-time free assessment of your company IT assets such as the servers, desktops, notebooks, printers, networking equipment, etc. We will follow up with a no obligation quotation for the maintenance of these equipment.

Our hardware maintenance package comes with 2 free Preventive Maintenance Per annum.

To activate a service, you can easily choose for the most convenient ways with our readily available mode of contacts such as helpdesk hotline and/or standby Engineer’s mobile number.

The 3 basic different support levels which we provide:-

1. 5 x 8 x 4

– Mondays to Fridays office hours only (exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays), response onsite within 4 working hours upon receipt of call

– Mostly for non-critical standalone equipment such as desktops, notebooks, printers, etc.

2. 7 x 24 x 4

– Mondays to Sundays office & after office hours (include Public Holidays),         response onsite within 4 hours upon receipt of call

– Mostly for mission critical networking equipment such as servers, tape drives, storages, UPS, etc.

3. 7 x 24, 6 Hours ERS (Express Resolution Service)

– 7 days per week, 24 hours per days (include Public Holidays), response onsite ASAP and to rectify the hardware fault within 6 hours upon receipt of call

– Customize to your needs for minimum response time and maximum support required

Software Maintenance

We not only provide technical support on hardware but also on troubleshooting of software such as the operating systems, office applications, anti-virus applications, backup programs, etc.

The support service packages which we provide:

- Certain number of Incident Calls per year based on required SLA.

– Able to top-up Incident Calls if initial calls are used before contract expired

– Allows carry forward of balance calls if customer renew another minimum number of Incident Calls on the following year.
